the location was great! it was close to everything i wanted to see.
The breakfast was quite disappointing. the paper plates and plastic cutlery felt cheap. It definitely affected my overall impression of the place.

stained blanketbroken hooks
the blanket on the bed had a stain the blanket for the pullout couch had holes the hooks for towels near the shower were broken i woke up at 5am because other guests were noisy then the cleaning lady tried to enter at 830am i did not get any sleep she was rude and said she needed to start early to clean many rooms she did not check if i had checked out

The staff was quite helpful, addressing all my questions quickly. The breakfast had many options, which I liked. I appreciated the central location (it is close to many attractions).
I was disappointed about the additional cost for parking in the connecting public lot.

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodated my request for a room change. They moved me to a quieter area (I am sensitive to noise). I found them to be responsive to my inquiries throughout my visit.

The tv was old and the picture quality was very poor. I could barely see anything! the carpet also felt quite dirty.
